Lourdes College (LC) Quality Management System has been maintained its certification to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc., after a successful surveillance audit last March 11, 2019.
The scope of the surveillance audit included the Program Development and Delivery of Education System Services in both Basic and Higher Education.
LC’s processes have been re-certified which included Top Management, Quality Management System General including Risk based Thinking, Customer Feedback, Design and Development, Registrar Internal Quality Audit, Corrective Action, Classroom Observations, Student Affairs, Laboratories, Guidance Services, Promotions and Marketing, Community Extension Services, and Campus Ministry.
TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. Auditors were Ms. Madilyn Plaza (Audit Leader), Ms. Rhene Rose Zara, and Ms. Mary Grade Batobato. The main objective of the activity is to check the Management System conformity assessment under application of sampling with the purpose of maintaining the existing certification.
Lourdes College QMS has been originally certified to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. on June 23, 2018, valid until June 22, 2021.
“The re-certification is an indication that the institution cultivates a culture of excellence,” said school President S. Ma. Rufina B. Guillano, RVM during the audit’s closing meeting.
The ISO certification supports the institution’s Quality Policy in committing to provide an integral and inclusive education to develop Ignacian Marian leaders who serve for the common good.
