Lourdes college ranked first (1st) in the bachelor in Elementary Education (BEEd) and second (2nd) in Bachelor in Secondary Education (BSEd) in Cagayan de Oro City’s colleges and universities as revealed in the Professional Regulations Commission’s result last December 7, 2018.
Furthermore, the school also registers passing percentages higher than the national passing rate, as eighteen (18) of the college graduates made it to the 2018 licensure examination administered in September last year.
For the first time takers, the college garnered a passing average of 100 percent for elementary teachers, higher than the national passing percentage of 20.29 percent. While the school achieved 85.71 percent higher than the national passing of 48.03 percent for secondary teachers.

The school remains to be one of the top producing school for teaches in the city and its neighboring towns and provinces. These teachers are now deployed in both public and private schools bringing the banner of her alma mater with faith, service, and excellence instilled in their hearts and minds.
