      The Lourdes College, LRC has SERVICE for its main philosophy. This service is
  believed to be the best way to serve humanity, enrich people's lives in Lourdes
  College through prints and non-printed resources of knowledge.  
      The Goal is to assure the totality of the services of the Learning Resources
  Center thus, the systems and procedures are devised to ensure that the whole of the 
  End Users' experiences of the ser vices are satisfactory, and the quality of service
  is always improved and maintained.
